Conference Center​

120 South LaSalle is pleased to offer a conference room to our tenants, which is located on the 14th floor. The conference room can accommodate up to 50 guests, a classroom style table layout. It features a kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. It has multi-media capabilities with a ceiling-mounted projector, and complimentary Wifi service.
 
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Reservations can be scheduled in Building Engines.

Reservation Policy
  • Rental rates for the conference room are $150/half-day and $250/full-day.
  • Please be sure to use the space within your allotted timeframe.
  • The room is arranged according to the needs of your event. If you require a special setup, please include this in your reservation notes, or contact the Building Management Office in advance.
  • Your event can be cancelled or rescheduled through Building Engines or contacting the Building Management Office.
  • Caterers are required to deliver items through the building's dock area and utilize the freight elevator. Alternatively, the event organizer may pick-up the catering order from the main lobby of the building.


RESERVE CONFERENCE ROOM

Fitness Center​

The fitness Center is fully equipped with cardiovascular fitness equipment, weight & strength machines, free weights, and mats for stretching and floor exercise. The Fitness Center also offers men's and women's locker rooms, complete with showers and lockers.
 
Hours of Operations
Monday - Friday: 5:00 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday: 5:00 am to 2:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

All users must complete a Fitness Center Registration and Waiver of Liability Form. There is a one-time activation fee of $50.00, payable by check.
 
A building access card is required to access the Fitness Center and men and women's locker room. The cost to replace a lost or stolen access card is $25.00.

Bike Room ​

The bike room is located on the 1st floor of the building, next to Corner Bakery, and is accessible via the alley located to the south of the building. The room is equipped with bike racks and has a capacity of approximately 47 bikes.  The bike room is a free amenity for all 120 S. LaSalle tenants to use.  If you would like to sign up, please complete and return the attached bike room waiver to 120admin@wilkow.com, and we will provide access on your building key card enabling you to access the space.
